Woman of Color

Woman of Color was drawn near the end of my Invisible Woman phase, when what didn't kill me, made me stronger.

It is meant to express how inner beauty shines through even at the surface.  I purposefully avoided drawing the default symmetrical face that we all learn to draw in art class, and went rather for a beautiful, strong facial expression, and smooth but bold colors.
